Every return item must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any Item received by Edaya Jewelry without an RMA # written on the outside of the box will not be signed for or accepted.

We hope this finds you well. Here are your instructions to return your item to Edaya Jewelry. Please send the item to:

Place the item in a medium Fedex box with the packaging and certification. Please make sure to include a detailed description with your name, address, and reason for return as well as your RMA Number.
Secure the item with bubble wrap or any protective packaging. You must insure the package for the value of the item and send the tracking number to Customerservice@edayajewelry.com
Do not forget to write the RMA Number on the outside of the box as Edaya Jewelry will not accept any returns without the proper RMA number written clearly and visibly.
Please allow up to two weeks for the funds to be credited to your account.
